MyKaya Pricing
MyKaya offers two plans for therapists and counsellors. Compass is a one-time ₹999 30-day pass with up to 10 hours of sessions and no auto-renewal. Atlas is the full-access subscription: ₹2,999/month or ₹29,999/year (Founding Members pay ₹999/month or ₹24,999/year). Atlas includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Both plans are built with client privacy first: session data is encrypted and isolated per practice, using secure cloud infrastructure trusted by healthcare providers. They natively support global languages and multilingual, code-mixed sessions.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Atlas includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you signed up via a referral link, you get a 21-day VIP trial.
What is the Founding Member discount?
Founding Members get Atlas at ₹999/month or ₹24,999/year — a significant discount off the standard rate. The Founding Member period is time-limited.
What is the Fair Use Cap?
Atlas subscriptions include up to 40 hours of Indian-language audio processing per billing cycle. You receive a warning at 30 hours. English and other global-language dictation is completely unrestricted. Clinics needing higher volume can contact us for an enterprise plan.
How does the Peer Pass referral work?
When you refer a colleague, they get a 21-day VIP trial. If they upgrade to Atlas and both of you maintain an active Atlas subscription for at least 90 days, you earn ₹400 cash paid directly to your bank account. There are no payout caps — you can refer unlimited colleagues.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Atlas subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds are provided.
