A Roundtable Discussion
A free online roundtable for therapists. In small circles, compare how you handle notes, client consent and AI in your practice - and help write the e-handbook that comes out of it.
AI note tools are reaching therapy rooms faster than the profession has agreed how to use them. Some therapists already rely on them. Many are still deciding. Most are still writing notes after the last client leaves.
This morning isn't a lecture or a pitch. It's a room of therapists working out, together, when AI earns a place in practice - and on what terms.
An e-handbook for therapists, written by the therapists in the room - and every contributor who'd like credit is named as a co-author.

An e-handbook · November 2026
It lands in every registrant's inbox within a week of the roundtable. Tick the box on the form and your name goes in as a co-author.
Four to six therapists per circle, so everyone gets a real say.
Each circle takes one question from real practice and works it through.
Each circle agrees its terms. They go into the e-handbook, with your name as a co-author if you'd like.
Already use AI or other tech tools in your practice? Say so on the form - we may invite you to moderate a circle.
Times in IST. 75 minutes of roundtable, then an optional 15 minutes for anyone curious about MyKaya.
No payment, nothing to buy.
The main room is recorded, and the recording is shared with everyone who registers. The small circles aren't, so you can speak freely there. Please don't share anything that could identify a client.
The roundtable runs in English. Mixing in Hindi or your own language within your circle is welcome.
Join on Zoom from either. Your link arrives by email when you register.

Kshitij Domadia
Creative technologist and founder of MyKaya
Kshitij builds MyKaya, a clinical documentation workspace for therapists. He isn't a therapist. This morning he convenes the room, keeps time, and answers questions about technology and data - clinical questions belong to the room.
MyKaya hosts this roundtable. Anything about MyKaya is clearly labelled, and the 15-minute look at MyKaya after the close is optional.
This date was first planned as a session with counselling psychologist Nisha Ravishankar. Nisha had to step back because of personal commitments this month. Rather than cancel on everyone who had kept the date, we turned the morning into a roundtable that doesn't depend on a single speaker - which is also why it's free.
